Choosing a career shouldn’t feel like guessing. Whether you’re a university student unsure of your direction, or a professional who knows deep down it’s time for a change, business and career transition coaching helps you figure out what you actually want, and build a clear path to get there. Sessions are offered both individually and in groups.
Why this matters
Through years of volunteering with students, Haleh saw the same pattern again and again: most young people reach Grade 12 without ever discovering what they truly want to do. Many choose a program anyway, and a large number drop out in their first year, not because they lack ability, but because nobody helped them figure out what they were working towards. Business and career transition coaching exists to change that.
